Helioz equipped recently a project in Kenya, conducted by GEZA/ASB, with WADIs. Over 10 villages are already u ing the device with a big success.

In the North of Kenya, hundreds of people are currently getting trained about the use of WADI and the long-term change to using the device instead of boiling water or using chlorine tablets. The much more efficient and healthier method of using WADI for the measurement of the sun for disinfecting water is getting amazing feedback. We are looking forward to many more similar life-changing projects!

On Wednesday, 6th March, 2013, in the frame of the ARD Morgenmagazin, one of the biggest German televisions made a report about WADI and the App NextWell at CeBIT!

Martin Wesian meets Mr. Rösler - Federal Minister of Economics and Technology and the Vice Chancellor of Germany at CeBIT. He was very impressed about WADI and realized the high demand for a tool like that. Furthermore, he supported us with amazing links and contacts for establishing further cooperations!

In the frame of the Code_N Events, we got invited to present WADI and our App NextWell around the topic of information technology at the biggest technology fairs in the world - the CeBIT in Hanover, Germany. From 5th-9th March, the event will be showcasing the latest technologies in an spectacular frame - hundreds of exhibitors will present their innovations!

We are honored to be among the winners of the Sustainable Future Award 2013 and thank you for your support!

 

On Monday, 18th February, 2013, Helioz will get awarded the "Sustainable Future Award 2013". The event will take place in the Federal Ministry for Economy, Family and Youth.

The opening of the ceremony will be led by Mr. DI Nikolaus BERLAKOVICH, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Water Management, as well as by Lee A. Brudvig - envoy of the US-American Embassy in Vienna.

Following this, a presentation about the book "Communicating Sustainability – Perspektiven der Nachhaltigkeit in Politik, Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft“ will be held.
